United Artworks are pleased to deliver your artwork anywhere in Australia direct to your door and will deliver it for only $19.95 to all metropolitan locations nearest your capital city. This charge will cover up to 4 pieces purchased per transaction. For all areas outside this denomination, including what may be classified as ‘regional’ by our carriers, you will pay only $39.90.Again, this charge will cover up to 4 pieces purchased per transaction.
For all International buyers, a quote shall be provided within 24 hours. As an indicative rate, our services to international buyers usually entails canvas only purchases and we usually charge $29 per canvas (up to 10 canvasses at any one time, same rate applies).

Tracking your item(s).
United Artworks use Allied Express for all Australia wide deliveries. Our admin team will notify you on the day of dispatch that your item(s) are ready for dispatch and provide you with a tracking number. The item(s) can then be tracked at

Excess Weight and Oversized shipments.

Due to size and overall weight considerations, please accept that we may have to apply additional shipping charges when pieces purchased exceed 4 pieces for delivery at the same time. Similarly, where artworks are specially ordered in a larger format than the largest standard size option offered, additional shipping charges per item will be applied and shall be quoted on a case by case basis.

When will I receive my goods?
Some featured items are in stock and will be immediately dispatched so that you may receive your artwork within 5 working days. Generally though, most items are hand painted to order with an approximate lead time of 21 days and this is indicated so throughout the website on an item by item basis. If you have ordered a Canvas Print, your item is usually produced and shipped within 10 working days.

Where special orders are taken for large projects, special sizing, colour and/or design at your request, we will need to quote lead times accordingly.

Generally it will be our carriers and/or courier contractors that will make contact with you thereafter and it is a general requirement for you or somebody nominated by you to be present and to accept the goods on a particular day. Generally, our contractors will provide a morning or afternoon window to achieve this.

We offer a 100% money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with your purchase owing to any misrepresentation of quality and/or appearance.
Simply state your claim within 7 days of receipt of your goods and you will receive a full refund.
A refund can only be issued once you have arranged and paid to have the goods returned to us.

A refund can only be issued after the goods have been returned to us and have been checked to be in the same condition as they had first shipped, ie: in all its original packaging, and in good condition.
Our images, as represented on the website are of the highest resolution to ensure likeness to the original and the colours depicted are true to the original also. As each work is individually hand painted, some variations must be accepted, within reason by both United Artworks and its customers alike.
Where a refund is required, funds will be issued by United Artworks via cheque. Refunds will normally be processed within seven (7) days.

This refund policy is not intended to exclude or limit any rights, which you may have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Commonwealth) or equivalent State or Territory laws
Consumer Guarantees.
Under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, as well as a number of other consumer laws specific to each State and Territory, you may have the right to have goods replaced, repaired or to receive a refund where:
the goods are faulty;
the goods are wrongly described;
the goods are different from a sample shown to you; and/or
the goods do not appear as they are supposed to do.

These consumer guarantees apply to all consumer contracts and cannot be excluded, restricted or modified. These are in addition to any voluntary warranties offered by the original supplier and/or artist.

Any expense incurred for returning the original product to United Artworks will be at our cost where it is deemed the goods have breached a consumer guarantee. Upon examination of the goods returned, if they are found to not be in breach of the consumer guarantees, you may be charged a fee for the return cost, examination of the goods, and any costs incurred to return the goods back to you.
