Shipping Costs

Our standard shipping charge added to each item to major Metropolitan areas including the Gold Coast, Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne is $9.00. Additional freight charges will be applicable for shipments to regional and interstate locations. We will be in contact with you by email after we receive your order to notify of any further shipping charges to your region.

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including your shipment tracking number

We currently have all of our customer orders packed and sent via the services of Direct Freight Express Couriers.
Depending on the location of the delivery address, shipping times for orders will vary Australia Wide.

Exchange, Returns, and Refunds Policy

Customers must cover the cost of return shipping and any subsequent packing material. Should you require Home Storage & Living to take care of the return shipping, you will be contacted by email from a Customer Service Representative outlining the day of collection, and the cost of return shipping. This return and original shipping fee will then be deducted from your purchase refund should you wish to proceed. This refund policy only covers unopened and unused items. Goods must be sent back in original condition, inside the original packaging with internal and external tags still attached. Proof of Purchase must be supplied when returning goods. If 7 days has passed since you have received your order, unfortunately you are no longer covered by our Refund and Return Policy or Money back Guarantee offer. Due to the nature and use of our products, 7 days is deemed sufficient in finding product faults and damages, or deciding to exercise our Money back Guarantee Offer.
