We charge a flat rate shipping cost of $25.00, however if you are located in, Western Australia or within a rural area in Australia and your item/s weigh over 9kg your shipping total will be at a higher rate. Please contact us if you wish to receive a quote first.
- We will do our best to deliver your order promptly. Once funds have cleared, most items will be dispatched within 3 - 10 business days depending on stock availability.
- Orders will be delivered to the address specified by you.
- Deliveries will be made to you by our contracted delivery drivers. Our preferred courier companies are namely Australia Post and Direct Freight Couriers.
- While all care is taken in the packaging and postage of your purchase, we will assume no liability for any late delivery. In addition, this does not constitute a return nor a refund.
- Missing or damaged goods while in transit, will be processed according to the terms and conditions of the courier company. Claims will only be recognised within 24hrs of the delivery.
- If you choose not to give ‘Authority to Leave’ the goods and you are not available for collecting your item at the time of delivery, you will be liable (if charged by the Courier) to pay any additional fees associated with your parcel being sent out any consecutive times.
- Some items carry special delivery conditions, as these items may require assembly and testing. You shall be notified within 24-48hrs from the time of placing your order if this applies to your order.

If you are returning an item because it is faulty or damaged, the retailer will do their best to replace it with an identical product. If item cannot be replaced, the retailer will offer you the option of choosing another product of the same value, or provide you with a refund for the total value of the faulty product.
Please note: Standard postage fees apply to all return orders. Where the return relates to a faulty item, the replacement product will be sent out to you, at no charge, within 5 working days from the date we receive the faulty product.
