With a name that is just so fitting for a Spring racing celebration, we would like to introduce the The Spring Sling Fling! It's fresh, its fruity, its fun and it's guaranteed to be a bit hit during the warmer months.
Here’s what you’re going to need to make this delightful beverage.
Spring Fling Sling Shopping List
- Cucumber slice - cut 1cm thick
- Mint leaves x 5
- Sugar syrup 15 ml or or 1 tsp caster sugar
- Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin 45 ml
- Apple juice 60 ml
- Lemon juice 15 ml
- To serve: long cucumber slices & edible flowers
The Prep Work
Combine cucumber, mint and sugar in a cocktail shaker or bar glass. Crush using muddler or wooden spoon Add gin and juices, half fill with ice, shake well and pour through a fine strainer into a tall glass of ice.
Garnish with cucumber slices, edible flowers and serve.
