A family owned and operated business, Office Direct is run by Brad and his wife Renelle and their family. Renelle’s role involves the business side of operations, accounting and showroom sales. While Brad manages showroom sales, marketing, planning, deliveries and assembling and servicing furniture. They work as a fluid team, making decisions on how the business should be run on a daily basis. Purchased in 2007, this husband and wife duo went into partnership combining their strong furniture industry background. With over thirty years of service experience between them, they believed they could share with their Office Direct customers their knowledge and expertise learned from many years dealing in the furniture industry and make each customer experience professional and enjoyable. Office Direct operates in customer service six days a week, with services extending beyond showroom sales including written quotations and individual pricing, assembly services and deliveries, custom-made furniture to suit particular needs, commercial product warranty, competitive pricing and dynamic chair servicing.
Prior to taking on Office Direct, Brad was a furniture agent working for multiple companies selling office chairs and furniture to retail stores. Prior to that, Brad was state manager of a chair component company, trading components to chair manufacturers, and worked for a home furniture manufacturing business. Renelle has experience in the furniture hardware industry supplying cabinetmakers for ten years as a personal assistant to a proprietor of Harvey Norman and customer relations. Office Direct is separate from the rest because there is no top-down management, customers meet and deal with the business owners who genuinely care about the consumer, their needs and requirements and through honesty and professionalism provide more than a sale. Brad and Renelle’s experience allows them to educate the shopper on correct ergonomics; how to sit correctly, and present the most suitable office chair for the customer’s work characteristics and physicality from a huge range of desks and chairs to suit the customers needs and budget.
