Its no secret - two of my favourite drinks are champagne and gin. Imagine my delight when I discovered a cocktail that combines these two deliciously. So if you are looking for a fun cocktail to add some sparkle to your summer entertaining this is the perfect cocktail – simple to make, combines gin & champagne and is super tasty.
Of course you can use your favourite gin – any one will work – but if you are looking to try something a bit special seek out a bottle of Melbourne made Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin.
