We recognise that some of our retailers are more focussed on giving a great in-store experience, rather than winning at e-commerce.
House of Home Endorsed is a new program to shine the spotlight on our retailer members who excel at e-commerce, and provide an awesome experience for our audience who want to buy online.
Benefits of joining the House of Home Endorsed program
House of Home will be carefully curating the sellers and products that qualify for the Endorsed program.
We are looking for ontrend, desirable, reliable, well priced & well branded product to channel our promotional efforts into.
House of Home Endorsed products will be:
- Clearly identified
- Promoted on the House of Home site
- Promoted through House of Home channels – social and edm
- Potential additional off-site promotion eg. Google Shopping and CPC.
Plus we’ll be an extension of your own customer service and sales team – winning sales for you through our own awesome customer service.
What do I need to do to qualify?
We are looking for the rock stars of e-commerce who can tick all the boxes:
- Great products
- Awesome imagery
- Competitively Priced
- Clear shipping policies and costs ie. no additional charges to what appears in the cart, for anyone – regardless of location.
- In stock and ready to ship in 24 hours
- Personalised and accurate shipping policy
- Personalised and accurate returns policy

When is the program launching?
The House of Home Endorsed range will begin being implemented from mid-April, with it being promoted to consumers from April 30th 2018.
Do I have to put all of my products forward?
Not at all, in fact we are looking for select products that can fulfil all of the above requirements rather than thousands of products.
Can I change which products are part of the program?
Of course. Bee will be in touch with you every month, maybe more, to keep up to date with your best selling products, and what’s coming up.
What if for some reason I can’t supply a product? Or can’t ship within 24 hours?
Sometimes things change – we get it. But we want to give customers buying House of Home Endorsed product the best experience possible. So if something does go wrong and you can’t supply or can’t ship in 24 hours, please let the customer know as soon as you can.
We hope it never happens, but if having to refund your orders becomes a regular occurrence, then maybe this isn’t the right program for you.
