BUYING SPRAY PAINT ONLINE: By law you are not allowed to purchase spray paint unless you are 18 years of age or older. We may ask you to provide ID in the form of an electronic scanned drivers license that may be emailed to us. This must match the address of the registered shop user and would only be required once. We will not despatch the order if we are unsatisfied that the purchaser is at least 18 years old. If Crockers have to cancel your order we will charge you a 30% restocking fee and will refund the difference only. All spray paint is sent via Courier and shipping includes the associated fuel levy and dangerous goods charged by the courier company. A signature may be required.
Payment Options
Credit Card: >We accept MasterCard,and Visa . For most orders, your credit card is not usually charged until the day your order is shipped, usually the day you place the order.

Order Confirmations

We prefer to use email as our main method of confirmation as this keeps costs down.

After placing an order online, you will receive an email confirming Crockers has received your order. This will be followed up with an email confirmation that your order has been shipped. As we aim to ship most orders within 24-48 hours (Monday to Friday) so both of these emails may arrive on the same day.

If we need to update you on your order situation, stock availability, items currently out of stock, shipping quotes or indent items or other matters related to your order, you will be contacted via email or telephone.

STANDARD Australian Orders Shipping Charge for Wallpaper Borders, Stickers and some Wallpaper in Australia< $15.00 Most wallpaper border orders delivered within Australia incur the shipping charge of $15 per order, per destination. If the quantity and weight is a lot higher, then we will contact you prior to placing orders. See below. Delivery is usually by Eparcel with tracking or Express Post and various couriers.

STANDARD Shipping Charge for Paint products (exc Dangerous Goods)

DANGEROUS GOODS are charged according to weight and location. All charges include fuel levy, dangerous goods charges and GST.
Various Shipping and handling charges are based on weight and destination of items.Prices are sometimes listed on the individual item pages, or given on invoice totals. We may contact you if shipping costs are to be increased. Delivery is by various couriers and may require a signature.

For Wallpaper Samples Only

Shipping is charged per state. Please call if you want up to 2 samples only and we will charge $8 via eparcel post. The samples will come folded. Call 02 9525 7489 for this service.


$15.00 When available, we will supply you a sample with the full width (52cm or 68cm) and length enough to fully see the pattern repeat of your chosen wallpaper. The normal shipping for your State will apply. There are no refunds on samples or cut lengths on any products.

Please note that with your international purchases, your bank may charge you extra fees on top of your purchase. We charge only for the products bought online in Australian dollars. Please check with your bank what these conversion charges, if any may be.

We deliver by a variety of methods including courier, Express & Eparcel Post with tracking. We will select the method most appropriate for your order.

Exceptions: We reserve the right to amend shipping and handling charges. On occasion shipping charges may differ from the ones listed. We will generally contact you prior to processing your order and notify you of the change in charges.

Delivery Schedule

Typically, in stock wallpaper, border, sticker and other goods orders are processed within 24-48 hours and when you receive your goods will depend on the delivery location and delivery method.

Most orders received before 2.00 pm week days EST are despatched within 2 days.

Courier delivery varies from next day to 4 days approximately, for the more remote locations. Express Post is delivered the next business day over specified routes within the Express Post domestic network. Couriers and registered Post delivery is estimated to be from 2 to 6 working days. NB Dangerous Goods eg spray paint is always couriered by road and NOT via Australia Post therefore we must have a delivery address and not a PO BOX.

These estimates are based on the Couriers and Australia Post quoted delivery timetables and should be taken as a guide only and is based on reasonable expectations and experience. We DO NOT profit on postal and courier charges and try to keep our shipping charges reasonable. Some of our products require suitable packaging to eliminate crushing and creasing (e.g Contact Papers) and regardless of quantity ordered, packaging remains the same.
Returns Policy

We know that from time to time, you may wish to return a portion or even your entire purchase. In this case a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from your purchase price and the balance will be credited to your credit card.

We cannot accept returns for sales items, non-Australian orders, cut lengths of wallpapers or samples, special indent orders, tinted paint, aerosols, unless the product is defective. Wallpaper purchased originally from our stock range can be returned within 30 days with tax invoice and must be UNOPENED.

NB. ANY APPROVED REFUND MUST BE MADE WITHIN 30 DAYS AND MUST HAVE A TAX INVOICE FOR PROOF OF PURCHASE. IF NO TAX INVOICE CAN BE SHOWN THEN WE MAY REFUSE REFUND OR WE MAY OFFER A LESSER AMOUNT. WE MAY ALSO OFFER STORE CREDIT TO BE USED WITHIN 6 MONTHS. THIS WILL BE AT THE DESCRETION OF MANAGEMENT.

Please note, defective wallcoverings is not subject to the restocking fee. If you feel you have a faulty product then contact us and we will phone or email you within 2 working days. All returns must be made within 30 days from the time the product is delivered to you.

Only uncut, unopened products in their original factory packaging are returnable.

You will need to pay the return freight charges and these charges are not refundable.

The original freight cost will not be refunded.

Your credit card will only be credited for the value of the goods less the 30% restocking fee after they have been returned.

Opened and damaged products are not returnable.

The on screen colours of our products may vary slightly due to the variables in screen resolution and technology.

Crockers are happy to assist you with calculating the quantity of rolls you require. We do however recommend you have a paperhanger give you a measure and quote, or go to our section on "How Much will I Need". We can assist you in calculations, based on the information given by you only. We will also allow excess for some wallpapers as they may have a large pattern repeat. We will not be held responsible for wallpaper rolls short or left over so please make your choices carefully. There are strictly NO REFUNDS on any excess rolls that have been especially ordered in for you. Falling short and then ordering more later can result in different batch/run numbers which can vary in colour and shade to the original order. Please contact us if you need to discuss your options.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE AUTHORISED. If you would like to return a product, you must email our contact us page to get a return authorisation number to return with the goods and return address. Without this number your account will not be credited.
Defective Products Replacement Policy

Carefully examine your order for colour, design, quality or imperfections before cutting. Claims against wallcoverings will not be accepted after cutting the product.

If you have received an order that is damaged or defective, contact us and we will resolve this as soon as possible for you.

Our suppliers will replace any defective merchandise with merchandise of equal value. No claims on labour costs will be entered into under any circumstance. Installation is to be considered the buyer's responsibility.

Please note, defective wallpaper or fabric is not subject to the restocking fee.

Contact us to notify us of any defective product or incorrect order. We will have your replacement product sent to you as soon as possible. We will require that you allow us to charge your credit card for the cost of the replacement order.

You will need to send your defective order back to:

Crockers Paint and Wallpaper 1/206 Box Road Miranda NSW 2228. Please include a copy of the invoice and other correspondence you have pertaining to this order, inside the package. Once we receive the defective product, we will issue you a refund for the cost of the defective product, plus reimburse your freight cost to return the defective product. Only Australia Post Registered Parcel or Express Post satchels freight charges will be reimbursed.
Secure Ordering

The shopping cart we use collect credit card details securely. Credit cards are stored on secure servers and collected from these using industry stand encryptions. They are not saved but deleted from the server after a short period of time. Credit card details are not distributed via email and we do not see all digits of your credit card. We use StGeorge Bank as our secure online merchant. Your payment is authorised by them. We may however phone you for your credit card details to pay for extra shipping if needed. Credit card details if used in this manner are destroyed once processed and a receipt can be issued for the payment difference if you request one. We will mail it direct to your address free of charge.

When on pages that request your credit card details you can check your computer is using secure connection. Look for the closed padlock in the bottom right of your browser screen or that it has a "https" prefix. We also now offer PayPal as a payment solution.
Tax

Sales within Australia are subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST). You will be issued a Tax Invoice that will be delivered with your order. All prices listed on our website are inclusive of GST.
