We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kg.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options available to your area. We may call you to pay for additional freight over the phone once your quote is approved or send you a new payment link via email.
Whilst every effort is made to dispatch product as soon as your order is processed and received by the retailer, in practical terms the actual number of days can vary greatly. Some of the products featured on our site are made to order, and custom made, and these will definitely have a longer lead time than other products. If you have a tight timeline, for what ever reason, it’s always best to phone us after you’ve placed the order to explain your requirements. When your item has been despatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email which will include the tracking information for your shipment. Freight and delivery enquiries are best handled directly by the retailers you have purchased from.

Please choose carefully as Soul Market does not offer change of mind returns or refunds.
If you are unhappy with any of our products please contact us with your application for a refund with in 7 days or receipt of goods. Outcomes are assessed on a case by case basis. If a return is approved a 15% restocking fee will be applicable.
All request for refunds require approval and are assessed whether the goods did not meet expectations with regards to quality, manufacturing defects or if interpreted as being sold with misleading , false representation.
Approved refunds can be returned by postage/freight company or in some cases, in person to our warehouse.
We will pay shipping costs if the return is the result of our error, you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.
Customer may be responsible for freight costs as per application outcome.
Yoga/meditation products may not be returned unless faulty (hygiene standards)
If refund is approved, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of returning your package to the return shipper, however, in many
cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10
business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our
refund request (5 to 10 business days).

will respond quickly with further instructions followed by an outcome.
Receiving goods/ Damaged in transit
Check for damage on all items delivered before signing the transport document for goods receipt. We do not accept claims for goods which have been
signed off as received properly and which are not communicated to Soul Market Australia within 24 hours upon receipt.
Product returns must be authorized by Soul Market.
If you're goods are not received in good, undamged condition. Please follow the steps below for a return application.
- Don not sign Transport Document. If items have been damaged in transit this ensures freight company be held liable.
- Send us images of the damaged packaging via email - email@example.com
- Send us your order number or receipt of purchase
- Expect to hear from Soul Market with a fast resolution and applicable outcome.
Product returns will not be admitted for error in your order or cancellation, manipulated and/or without their original and sealed packaging.
