How do I order?
You can place an order by adding items to cart and then selecting checkout when ready to place the order.
Accepted payment methods are MasterCard, VISA, AMEX or PayPal.

Note: Shipping will be applied retrospectively to baths and vanities.

How long will delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 2-3 business days. However, depending on stock availability and location delivery may take up to 10 business days. We will contact you if we believe your order will exceed this.
Please note that stock availability may be subject to fluctuation and delivery by suppliers. Products listed may not necessarily be in stock and immediately available.

How are orders delivered?
Our preferred courier companies are Couriers Please and Fastway. Larger items such as vanities are sent via transport companies.
We are unable to call before delivery as we use third party courier services.
It is a condition of delivery that you or someone on your behalf will be available to assist the driver in the unloading of large or heavy goods such as baths, vanities, etc. Please contact us if you’ve any special requirements before placing your order, and we will contact you to arrange a suitable option.
Delivery is to mainland Australia (including Tasmania) only. For delivery to other locations, please make a request.

Can my order be sent to a PO Box or Parcel Locker?
Yes. All orders to a PO Box or Parcel Locker will be sent using Australia Post or StarTrack.

What if there is a problem?
If any damage or breakages occur during transport, you need to contact us within seven (7) days of receiving your order. We are unable to accept claims after this time.

What about International customers?
We do not have the option to calculate shipping for international customers at this time. However, if you can provide your contact details, we can accommodate your needs by creating a unique order to suit you.

Statutory Rights
No part of the Returns Policy is intended to limit any rights or remedies customers may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or equivalent State and Territory legislation.

Change of Mind
If you wish to return item(s) as a change of mind you are welcome to do so if the item(s) are in the same condition as when purchased at the time of sale.
There is no restocking fee for change of mind. The cost for collection of the item(s) to be returned will be deducted from the refund of the items being returned. This will be calculated when a return is requested.
After we have received the goods, we will issue a refund less the cost of collection.

Exclusions
We do not offer returns on custom made items.
Due to their size, and restrictions imposed by suppliers, we do not offer returns of baths, toilets, or vanities so please choose carefully when making your selection.
