Description

The Clifton 8 Arm Chandelier is artistically crafted from metal. The gloss black metal finish of the frame and black linen shades of the lamp gives the strong impression of the chandelier. Hang the Clifton chandelier in the center of your ceiling and bring out the focus into the chandeliers shape and color. The black color of the shades made the chandelier a perfect accent to a white or light-painted space.

Delivery Policy

We deliver straight to your door Australia wide. Shipping cost is free for metro areas on the Eastern Seaboard. When your order is dispatched, we will send you tracking information via email and/or sms.

Delivery Lead Times

To meet your delivery requirement in the best way possible, we use a variety of carriers who deliver anywhere within Australia. The size of your order and location will have an impact on how fast we can get your order to you.

Items that are in stock will be dispatched from our warehouse within 2 working days. Where special orders are taken, we will quote despatch times accordingly.

Estimated delivery times from despatch are:

Melbourne - within 5 business days
Sydney, Adelaide - within 7 business days
Brisbane, Perth - approximately 7-10 business days
Please allow up to 10-15 business days for rural deliveries.

Exchange, Returns, and Refunds Policy

Please ensure you have organised a return agreement with the retailer prior to shipping any order items back. You should have:

  • An agreement as to which party (the customer or the retailer) will be responsible for the cost of return shipping

Please include the original order confirmation or invoice you received with your product. Also, if you haven't previously provided a contact phone number, please include this with your return. This will ensure the issue is resolved quickly, should anyone need to contact you.

If you are returning an item because it is faulty or damaged, the retailer will do their best to replace it with an identical product. If item cannot be replaced, the retailer will offer you the option of choosing another product of the same value, or provide you with a refund for the total value of the faulty product.

Please note: Standard postage fees apply to all return orders. Where the return relates to a faulty item, the replacement product will be sent out to you, at no charge, within 5 working days from the date we receive the faulty product.
