Shipping & Delivery Policy
Furnish ships AUSTRALIA WIDE via Courier services and we endeavour to do so as fast as possible. In most cases, your delivery will arrive in 1-14 business days for Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra and Adelaide. Other cities may be slightly longer. Shipping prices and delivery times are estimates only until verified by Furnish. The quoted price is based on delivery from Melbourne to Sydney. Additional charges may apply for delivery outside of this zone.
Due to the fact your item will be shipped by courier, we are unable to provide a specific date/time of delivery, which is standard practice. You will however, receive courier tracking details to monitor the progress of your delivery. We also pay for and provide a re-delivery service to you, in the event you miss your delivery, so please don’t panic, if you cannot be there when the courier arrives. The courier will simply leave you a contact card, so that re-delivery can be arranged at a suitable time.
Click & Collect from Furnish is available from our warehouse. Please ensure you select this option when purchasing items on the website, go through the usual Checkout process and select 'Click and Collect'. If you select this option, please call to book an appointment with us prior to collecting item. Please note, some items cannot be collected from our warehouse and can only be delivered, even if the Pick Up in Store option is available in the Checkout. To confirm if your item can be picked up, please contact us.
IMPORTANT: As most of our furniture is considered as heavy and bulky items, you will need to assist the Courier delivering the item to your door. You agree to this condition as part of your purchase. If this is absolutely not possible, please contact us to arrange for an additional person to assist. Additional costs will apply.
*For FREE Shipping items, Furnish reserves the right not to honour FREE delivery or charge a fee to deliver in very rare circumstances, whereby the delivery to your area causes significant loss to Furnish, due to the location, access or any other reason which would substantially increase the cost of delivery to you via third party couriers.
Exchange, Returns, and Refunds Policy

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
• Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
• Is unsafe
• Is significantly different from the sample or description
• Doesn't do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value. If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.
