Exchange, Returns, and Refunds Policy
Our Exchange Policy is pretty simple.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with any product you have purchased from us you may return it within 14 days for a refund or store credit.
We will refund you within 1 business day of receiving the returned item from you, via the same method you used to purchase from us.
The only criteria is that:
- The item/s are unused.
- If the product arrived in an inner box, that packaging is not damaged.
- The item/s arrive back to us in the same condition as you received them.
For any returned items we will deduct the actual shipping costs incurred by us (both shipping to you and any return shipping) from the refund amount. For change-of-mind returns we apply a re-stocking fee of 20% of the value of the items returned.
