The timber is solid and veneer white American oak, sealed with a clear lacquer and has loads of fresh natural timber appeal. The head of the bed is upholstered in a neutral grey woven fabric and is padded, great for enjoying breakfast in bed on a lazy Sunday. The bed is sturdy has decent quality thick slats with a centre support rail so it wont sag in the middle.
