How do I care for my cow hide rug?
Cow hide rugs are a no-fuss easy to clean rug, which is one of the reasons we love them so much. For normal cleaning care use only a white damp cloth that is colourfast. Vacuum regularly with the soft brush attachment of the vacuum cleaner to remove dust and grit, then wipe with a soft, colour-fast cloth dampened with water. This should be done as often as necessary or at least every 2-3 weeks.Do not use detergents, solvents, abrasives, leather cleaners or suede cleaners. Do not dry clean or machine wash. Protect from direct sunlight and heat sources, both direct and through heating vents. Avoid sharp objects hide rugs are naturally repellent to stains. Absorb wet spills as soon as possible with a white dry cloth and then follow with normal cleaning care.
Can I exchange my cow hide rug?
Yes, we offer exchange only for another cow hide rug if the rug you receive isn’t right for any reason (Please note, cow hide rugs are excluded from our general Returns policy and are exchange only).We can email you some other selections for you to choose from. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to organise an exchange.The cost of return and exchange shipping will at the responsibility of the customer, this includes orders where free shipping has been offered.

We will keep you informed regarding the delivery of your order by email or phone.
Small items will be sent with a courier or in some cases Australia Post, these deliveries are trackable. Please note we DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES.
Furniture/Large items will be sent either with a courier or a furniture carrier depending on the nature of the item. For heavy furniture items these will be sent with a 2-man delivery service and we will contact you to arrange a suitable day for delivery.
Dispatch times vary depending on the item. If the item is in stock in our warehouse it will be dispatched in 1-2 business days. If the item is being dispatched from our suppliers warehouse your item will be dispatched within 3-7 business days. Other items that are made to order may take longer and this will be noted on the product page.
Delivery time: Once your order is dispatched, it will reach you in approximately 1-3 business days.
Exchange, Returns, and Refunds Policy
Our returns/exchange policy will vary depending on the item you purchase, the specific policy will be marked on the product listing.
FOR ITEMS STOCKED BY ZOHI INTERIORS:
For items stocked in the Zohi Interior’s warehouse , “change of mind” return /exchange can be made for any reason within 14 days of receipt of your order*. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order via email only to email@example.com. Please advise your name, order number, the product you wish to return and the reason for return. We will authorise your return and provide return shipping instructions. Items cannot be returned or exchange without prior notice and authorisation by Zohi Interiors.
Items that to that cannot be exchange or refunded for “change your mind” include:
- Items that are directly shipped by our supplier cannot be returned/exchanged as we need to abide with our supplier’s returns policies .
- Items that are custom made to order cannot be returned/exchanged as these items hare made to order specially for you.
The value of your return will be the purchase price you paid less any shipping costs incurred. The initial delivery cost is non-refundable. You are also responsible to pay for the return shipping of your item. Please also note that if we have provided free shipping or discounted your shipping, you will be charged the actual shipping charges for the delivery of your order from our warehouse to your location. You may opt for a refund, exchange or store credit.
You are responsible for the return shipping of the item to the Zohi Interiors Warehouse. All items must be returned unused, in re-saleable and original condition. Items also must be returned in original packing and care taken with re-packing to avoid damage during transit.
